We were blessed this weekend with the opportunity to cater an amazing dinner on the edge of the Grand Canyon. Thank you .
LECHON BABOY BABY!!!! Coming to an event near you soon, slow roasted whole pig....stuffed with spring onion, lemon grass, garlic, salt and basted in a special sauce....roasted over mesquite for 5 hours! WOW OH WOW!

Cebuchon anyone? Lechon baboy and manok in the works!!! Rolled and roasted pork belly, roasted whole pig and whole chicken in the works! Roasted for hours over mesquite charcoal.
