Changeling “Creative Agency”™

“Everything is subject to change, forever and never. Let’s abandon the whole self-thing. Every breathing second, new thoughts rewire your brains and transform our identities.”

Changeling is a shapeshifter. Elusive in its many forms, but determined in its mission to shape new perspectives. Behind its evasive exterior lies a grounded community of artists, designers, writers, activists, musicians, critical thinkers, creators, organisers, drop-outs, dreamers, wild-hearts, analysts, haters and lovers working together on the challenges of the future. We are convinced that the engagement of varied talents can bring about inclusive, fair and resilient societies.

We take ideas from the drawing board and turn them into products, services and concepts that have a positive social or environmental impact. Everything we do is underpinned by the higher goal of constructing new public spheres.

Our methodology consists of bottom up, momentum-based organisation. Our lean, decentralised approach allows for ideas and initiatives to flourish, and engenders a sense of ownership among collaborative partners. Starting individually or with small groups, our projects adapt and evolve, acquiring new depths and meanings as they grow.

We believe that the open exchange of experiences and knowledge inherently leads to positive social change. Everyone has something to contribute to - and gain from - this exchange. Changeling works together with various partners to create the space for this exchange in a broad and constantly expanding network.
