This post is very difficult to write.
I’ve thought long and hard about this decision and it does not come lightly.
If you’re one of my clients or a personal friend you know I LOVE what I do. I love helping women feel more confident and helping them feel like their best selves.
However, in light of Aidens diagnosis with his kidney disease, and his most current relapse, it’s become more apparent I need to take a step back and put all of my energy and love towards him and his recovery and remission from this horrible disease.
I have had to cancel and move appointments more times than I can count this last year due to his illness and I don’t want to have to disappoint my clients anymore or frustrate myself with trying to juggle it all, all while being exhausted and also being disappointed in myself.
I will honor and fulfill the clients that I have already scheduled and their required touch ups but I will not be taking on new clients.
Hopefully soon we can get his disease under control and I can resume in doing what I love.
For all those who have followed along in my journey, clients that have become friends, and to all of the people that surround me and believe in me, thank you so much. I promise I will be back.
For now, I will focus on loving on my sweet little boy and his amazing dad. Fighting for Aidens recovery and giving him more of my time and complete focus.

This was a 6 week touch up.
We darkened some beauty marks and added more depth to the tails for longer retention.

This girl had to deal with rescheduling and the chaos of my life this last month and I’m so blessed she was so patient and understanding with everything going on!

I’ve been very minimal in posting and taking clients the last couple of weeks and I’m sorry for my lack of presence. I haven’t really been myself lately. Our best friend and more than family dog, passed away peacefully in his sleep after giving us the best 12 years of our lives.
Tookie was so much more than just a dog. He understood more than my 2 year old does. Comforted me when I lost my grandma (who was my mom.) Let me cry into his fur during emotional breakdowns. Made me laugh to dry my tears. Drove me nuts with his constant talking (he tried so hard to communicate) he was so smart, playful, loyal, and genuine. I’ve never loved an animal as much as I loved Tookie. My heart completely shattered the day he crossed the rainbow bridge and I’m still healing from it. Our house feels so empty and quiet without him. I wake up and think of him. I walk through my door and wait for his greeting. I leave the house and want to give him kisses and hugs and promise I’ll be right back.
It was like losing a sibling or child. And I know how crazy that seems to people but he was SO much more than just a dog.
I cry daily thinking of him and I’m trying my best to pull myself together again.
So I am deeply sorry to clients who have reached out or that I’ve had to reschedule.
Life throws curve balls that we just can’t quite seem to hit.
I wanted to showcase my amazing foot tattoo that blessed me with yesterday. This is Tookies actual paw print I snagged and Vandol shrunk it down to fit my foot (his paw was HUGE) and did such an incredible job adding the most beautiful colors to highlight his beautiful mark.
I’ll forever have a piece of Took with me and he’ll now be able to walk along side me for the rest of my life and guide me through this crazy journey.
I’m sorry I haven’t been more present but I’m getting better and ready to return full time!
