Our Story
Poké 305 opened its doors in Brickell on May 24, 2016. It was the first of its kind in Miami and was the first real introduction of poké to the Miami people. However, Poké 305 developed way earlier in the mind of Victoria Chediak—a 23-year-old University of Miami graduate with a passion for food and a strong ambition. After following the poké trend starting from its origin in Hawaii leading up to its explosive entrance into the continental US, Victoria decided to introduce this delicious and healthy food trend to South Florida.
And so Poké 305 was born! The origin of poké comes from the islands of Hawaii where it is considered a staple meal to have at home or on the beach. The idea for Poké 305 sprung from Victoria’s fascination with the traditional poké dish and her love of Latin flavors, which created a Latin fusion twist to the once simple bowl.
Upon opening the Brickell location, Poké 305 has catered to individuals with a love of fresh and delicious food. Its assortment of fresh and organic ingredients, homemade sauces and unlimited combinations has put Poké at the top for all surrounding customers looking for a quick and satisfying meal. Whether your preference be fresh raw fish or chicken, Poké 305 caters to all customers.
In the upcoming year, the Poké 305 wave will reach new areas of South Florida such as Coconut Grove, South beach and Aventura.
