At MV Tiling, we try and improve every week. Because of our large team, we know we need to communicate with each other to ensure we’re all on the same page and organised properly. By having our weekly Friday morning bbq breakfast, we stay a tight knit team as well as improving on our work
The meeting consist of noting things we’ve done well, areas to improve and having a laugh.
All trades are welcome to come have a warm breakfast before they start their day.
