Went to the maternal fetal medicine specialist today and everything looks great except for my constant contractions.

Im currently 30 weeks, and the other photos were taken at 15, 20, and 25 weeks along!
I am having to take maternity leave sooner than expected due to medical reasons. I'll be back sometime in February though! I'm gonna miss all of you while I'm on my leave, but next year I'll be coming back stronger! π

****Update on my schedule ****
Not to worry! I will be adding the 6 a.m. class back at the end of the summer! Just taking a break for a couple months.
New schedule! I'm no longer doing the monday class at 9 p.m.
We are switching to 5 p.m. Monday nights!

New changes to my high fitness schedule! With a recent miscarriage and my car breaking down, I needed to take it easy for a couple months. So my 6 a.m. class Thursday's is going to be on hold until further notice.

Don't forget to stretch! There just isn't enough time for a FULL stretch and cooldown in a 55 minute class.
So remember to stretch on your own and eat a high protein snack or meal to help in muscle recovery shortly after a workout! You will notice your body's recovery time will shorten, and endurance is more likely to grow if you do!
