What a wildddd journey to be here. I am super grateful for all the ups and downs of life because without it I wouldn’t be the person I am today. I don’t mean to be all sappy in this post but I wanted to share some things I’ve learned a long the way.. 🙃   
   
1. Health is wealth. Your mental and physical health is everything. Always listen to your body and take care of it cause we only got one in this lifetime. Continue to do the work on yourself cause that adds to the quality of your life.  
   
2. Trust your instincts. It took me a while to learn this but no one will know this but you, so listen to that gut feeling and let that help you make your decisions, especially in tough situations.    
   
3. Be present. We are not guaranteed a tomorrow so appreciate the times that come. Try to make the best out of everyday and live your life to the fullest. Enjoy the present moment, cause that is all we got.    
   
4. Don’t compare yourself to others. Success looks different for everyone. Focus on yourself and your journey. Trust the process.    
   
5. It’s okay to let go of people who no longer serve you. It took me a long time to understand this because I naturally love to make new friends and I try my best to maintain my relationships. Overtime I had to realize that things change. Sometimes things don’t align. Not everyone will be in your life forever and that’s okay. The people that are meant to be there will be there. 
   
6. Cut out the BS. This one was hard for me cause I have a people pleasing tendency, and with that came a lot of situations where boundaries were crossed. And through that I had to realize that I had to protect myself and my well-being so there are things that I will not tolerate. It’s as simple as that.    
   
7. Being comfortable in my own skin. It was a long journey to get here but I’m learning to really appreciate my body, my own company & all my flaws that make me, me.    
   
8. Be open. Life can throw so many curveballs. Things don’t always work out the way we intend it to, and that’s okay. It’s important to be open to all the other possibilities and not force things to happen. ✨

Hello bbs 💕 it's been a minute. It's been an interesting time trying to stay sane in the membrane with all these restrictions here in Toronto & this gloomy weather that we’re having which is why I haven't been posting as often, buttttt it's nice to look back at these small moments and try to find inspiration again.  
 
I feel like admiring other people’s work and creating my own art has truly helped me cope and pass the time, but also help me grow into the person I want to be— an artist. I could be all over the place and all messy or I could just be calm and present. And I think that’s the beauty of it. It’s when you fall into your own little world while you’re creating. 👽🖖

Going down through memory lane and looking back at this year. Lots of funny moments, road trips, and a whole lot of art. So long 2021, can’t wait for what’s in store for 2022 😬

Hello my loves! Haven't posted on here in a while as I have been working on a new venture for myself. During the pandemic I got into painting and really fell in love with the process, and decided to pursue it!
