Within this session, you will learn about how psychological safety at work is important for increasing learning and taking interpersonal risk, through the use of exercises to change conversations around mental health 🧠

Authors of the book ‘The Strengths-Based Organisation: How to Boost Inclusivity, Well-being and Performance’, will be running a practical workshop on understanding and applying your strengths.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, Wednesday’s agenda begins with a fundraiser hosted by the charity One25, in order to raise proceeds towards some of the city’s most marginalised women💓.

From 9am-11am, come along to provide some baked goods, take part in cookie decorating or get a tarot card reading!

Then from 11am onwards, Jenny Riley (the Charity’s CEO) will be judging the baked goods and crowing the best cake and best decorated cookie 👩‍🍳. Additionally, she will be giving a talk about what it’s like to work within the charity sector.

Finally, from 12pm onwards, we will be hosting a bake sale to raise as much money for the charity as possible🥰

Come along for a day of fun, food and fundraising :)

McKenzie has experience talking within the House of Commons, and has previously won a variety of public speaking and debate competitions.

Hi all 👋🏽 in response to the current crisis taking place in Turkey and Syria, our society will be collecting donations on Monday evening at the Balloon Bar, within the SU building. We will be there from 8-10pm while we host our Pub Quiz evening. Please come and donate any old clothes and resources listed on the post above. These small acts of kindness can help to save the lives of people currently struggling within Turkey and Syria. Please note, we cannot accept financial donations!
