Where does gender stereotyping in STEM come from? 👫
Women make up only 26% of the STEM workforce, and without proactive change, gender parity might be over a century away.
At STEM Women, we're dedicated to bridging this gap. We connect employers committed to equality with a vibrant community of women STEM students and graduates. But career stereotyping starts much earlier than university, influencing aspirations and career choices long before the job hunt begins. ⏱

This year’s theme for National Women’s History Month’s theme is “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.”
This year we recognize that bias and discrimination need to be eliminated in order to look forward to a positive and equal future.
Women from everywhere feel the need to work harder to bring justice and fairness to our institutions and communities. It takes courage to stand up for what you believe in when today's society is built to fight against this.
This month we are proud to recognise the efforts of women from the past and present who stood up and fought for change and established a stronger future for womenkind.
