We are rolling along as a company an learning the ropes. As we understand it the industry standard for complaints is around %10. Though we are pleased to experience less than a fraction of that, we are non the less striving to do even better! The main obstacle as we understand it to achieving close to %100 customer satisfaction is the scent of our products. Some folks are expecting my products to smell like a lingerie shop. That smell is replicated using toxic chemicals and I will never ever do that! My products are all natural and formulated for maximum healing potential. Almost all of my customers find the products to smell quite lovely. Do we have room for improvement? Yes! And I can't wait to get there... I want all my customers to love the way my products smell just like they love the way my skin care products get results! I think the biggest thing so far if my use of the essential oil Ylang-ylang. It is an unfamiliar scent to most, and if you know you are ordering a lard based product and smell an unfamiliar scent your brain automatically connects the two tricking you into thinking that Ylang-ylang smells like meat (though it really doesn't). A fraction of the population do actually find Ylang-ylang unpleasant and that is why we offer most products with a ylang ylang free option. But it's not in there just because it smells great.
