Day 2 of starting my day with slow rock..π€ΈββοΈπ€ΈββοΈπ€ΈββοΈ
Although today's run is slower at around 18.5 minutes, important thing is i completed it, had my cardio exercise, enjoy myself (me and myself with the sun, sand, sea, nature and fresh air). In short, the feeling after the run is GOOD ππ!!
1st table tennis in the new year 2019, but sill the same, as competitive and the will to win, dont like losing fighting determined spirit as ever, even though we (the 6 of them in the photo) all add up to 400 years or more young ππ. A great bunch of competitive guys πͺπͺπͺπππ
Love from the heart β€β€ : My mom is happily enjoying the pork ribs thin kway teow, which i have bought, pour into a bowl, cut the pork ribs into thin slices and put the fresh green chillies (she likes green chillies) and light soy sauce into a saucer, and getting a cup of warm water put by her lunch side. Doing something for someone who brought you up and you love, via words and actions, on a daily basis. I do say i love you and give her hugs too..πππ. It is a blessing to be able to make your love ones/someone happy on a daily/regular basis via little actions on one's part. This will make both the receiver and giver happy, energised and enriched etc. She says waah, this is really suitable for 'bo gay' (dentures) like me ππ, really ho jiak, and seeing her happy makes my day ππβ€β€!!
Monday is for cycling, tuesday and thursday are for table tennis, saturday is for jogging, think i still can add a swimming on wednesday..πππ€π€π€π€

Just woke up face and woke up late (sleep till shiok shiok catching up on sleep) but still no excuses and mai tu liao fhfl..still go for a run, 2 minutes faster this time at 16minutes. Photo taken just before run.
I am still taking fruits daily..mostly twice a day..(2nd time is usually a banana after cycling etc)..πͺπͺππ!!
The same cauliflower with roast pork, pea pod, baby corn, carrot..but this time mom added dou fu ie beancurd and a spinach with fishball soup. At home 'must' eat more vegetables cos when out, sometimes difficult to find etc. Happy Mid Autumn and good lunch to all..cheers..ππ!!

After 10,000 steps in the sun, sand and sea at pasir ris park..came home to do a easy jiffy, Cookies and Cream nutritious and yummy low GI Herbalife Recovery Shakes/Smoothies with added banana..forgot to take photo..πππ

Started the second day of chinese new year early with exercise in the park..(did not bring out mobile to capture the beautiful scenery and weather)..and came back to a great tasting and nutritious (packed with protein, prebiotics, fiber and essential vitamins and minerals etc that the body need)..plus its low Glycemic Index..Vanilla mix with Cookies and Cream Herbalife Shakes..to kickstart the day.
