Hello everyone this is Coach Ralph! We are almost half way through the year and I want to ask you a question…
Have you lost any motivation on your fitness goals? Have you not started a routine for your health and wellness?

I am super excited to announce V3P‘s “heat wave challenge”!
We are starting May 16th. Buy in for the challenge is $100 for members and $200 for non-members.

During this four week challenge, nonmembers will be getting 24 group training sessions, all participants will be getting a nutrition guide and will be put into a private WhatsApp group chat for accountability, to be able to ask any questions or if you need any assistance during the challenge, I will be there for you 🙂
