We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our growing team within the insurance sector.
About the Role:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve our marketing and branding objectives. This role plays a vital part in building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and driving website traffic.

About you
Ideally, you will have a proven background in brand awareness as well as completely tech-savvy with all social media platforms.
You will be based within the province of Malaga, however the role can be done on a hybrid basis.
Confident ability to work on your own or as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent writing, editing and graphic design skills
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

Hybrid Working: Is it Working?

Landsec's research has provided an excellent insight into the current state of hybrid working.

We can conclude that as the hybrid working age is still in its infancy, there is still a lot of fine tuning to be done in order to find the perfect balance in support, mental wellness and productivity.

However, as more insights, like those from Landsec's study, come to light, the shortcomings of hybrid work will become easier to address. By monitoring and addressing the concerns and pitfalls found in the latest research, companies can stay ahead of the curve, working to meet employee expectations for hybrid work arrangements.
