Coconut curry with Tofu ,mini corn, beetroot, carrots, butternut squash,garlic,tomatoes,fennel,potato,
chard,purple onion, celery, courgette ,leek, aubergine,ginger,kafir leaves,lemon grass, turmeric,curry powder, sesame seeds, lime juice, brown sugar,Thai Basil and coconut cream.
Caesar salad with Gem lettuce,roast chicken, croutons,Basil Pesto,cherry tomatoes,Parmesan shavings and mustard, lime juice, Mayonnaise ,black pepper,salt, olive oil ,Basil and Parmesan Dressing ! So good
Chicken breasts with all the most lovely ingredients- Sweet potato,mushrooms,aubergine,purple onion,cherry tomatoes, Fennel, garlic, ginger, sage,star anise, Turmeric, paprika, olive oil, Chilli flakes, Pomegranate molasses and 1 litter vegetables broth.

Fry the chicken breasts till golden, add the ingredients and then place in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180c .Enjoy π€ππ€ππ€π
Ministrone soup based on Organic wild Fennel as the main ingredient, Purple onion,Garlic,Celery,Carrot, fresh Tomatoes, Parsley,Rosemary,Olive oil and lemon juice together with paprika, orange salt, black pepper and Butter! And the most important ingredient:
Parmesan rind !!! Put it all in π
Serve it with lots is grated Parmesan and pre- cooked pasta πππ
Home made Pickled PEARS πππin white wine vinegar,Lemon wedge,garlic,salt and parsley, Put onto my salad of Gem lettuce, Grapes,Parsley and olive oil,Lemon and Nut Butter dressing !
