****PRESCRIBED MEDICATION ****

Anti-Diabetic drugs (for Diabetes) - The gel can lower blood/Urine sugar levels so any medication might need to be adjusted.

Hypotensive drugs (for high blood pressure) - The gel can lower the blood pressure so levels of medication may need to be adjusted.

Anti-coagulant drugs (e.g. Warfarin) - It is important that the GP is extra vigilant with testing the INR levels if the gel is taken with warfarin, especially in the case of Berry Nectar or Forever Freedom.

How much should you drink?

It is very important when we recommend Aloe that we talk about an Amount NOT dose. Only doctors can ‘prescribe’ and talk in doses. WE recommend and talk in amounts!!

If combating a specific condition = 120ml reducing to 80ml when under control or remaining at 120ml if that suits that person.

Elderly = 60ml

Children are considered adult at 12 as far as supplements and medicines are concerned

6 year old = half amount 60 ml

3 year old = 1/4 amount 30 ml

IBS / other inflammatory bowel disorders

Do not start Gel during a flare up

Start with 10ml and build up very gradually
