It has been really hot in Colorado the last few days so Troy and I decided to make Poke bowls for lunch today!

I can't believe I waited so long to try this meal solution! It is so yummy and quick!

We did rice, shrimp, imitation Crab meat, mangos, edamame, and English cucumbers.

Troy had so much fun making this and it's his new Epicure favorite.

Tried a new Epicure recipe for dinner tonight! Lemon Chicken Orzo but I used pork tenderloin steaks instead if chicken thighs and I added zucchini and left out the capers.

I love being able to customize these meal solutions! This one was tasty and made so much...LEFTOVERS!

I'm in my 5th month with my Personal Trainer and I have learned so much about myself and proud of the progress I have made. I've put full trust in her guidance and have embraced the process.

I've got a lot of angst to get out at the gym this morning!!! Hard Rock Strength Training radio on Pandora and lifting all the weights!!!

Time to step up my water game!!! New water goal is 85oz per day!

Guys let's get real for a minute! Truth...2 1/2 months ago I could barely do 35 lbs on the hip adduction machine and today I hit 80 lbs!!! I love how much stronger I am getting!!! And swipe to see the little muscles peeking through in my calves!!!

NOT ALL VICTORIES HAPPEN ON THE SCALE!!!

And there's 50 workouts since I started my personal training with 💪

Ms. Julie and I killed it with leg and b***y day at the gym this afternoon! So we treated ourselves to a little relaxation afterwards in the sauna followed by a 10 min hydromassage!!! Ooh and I got to flaunt my Lisa Frank inspired Zyia rainbow Leopard strappy bra!!!

This is what happens when you and your bestie LOVE the gym and LOVE Zyia!!! 🤪
