Autumn's Closet

Autumn's Closet is a not for profit charity founded by Autumn Cheles and her mother Sonia Judd. Autumn is a determined young woman, who has overcome the challenges of Autism and Learning disabilities to make her dream of becoming a role model for others facing challenges into a reality. Beginning at the age of about 14, Autumn and her mom would spend hours talking about how they could maybe own our own thrift store one day and run a community action program out of it. They would dream of all the different groups of people they could help. Things like collecting and distributing dresses for low income students to get formals for dances and events. Interview clothes for individuals who are trying to find work or just finally found work but need clothing appropriate for work. Shoes, socks and blankets for the homeless. Yes, they dreamed big! And now they have found a way to make it a reality.
