Spring has come!

In Japan, there are 24 seasonal anniversaries that mark the changing of the seasons, called 二十四節気(Nijushisekki).
The beginning of February is called 立春(Risshun), which marks the arrival of spring.
Although the days are still cold, the air of spring can be felt after Risshun.
Plum blossoms, the flowers of spring, have also begun to bloom.

当方の物件から東へ約1.5kmの駅に、近い将来大型複合商業施設ができるそうです。散歩で気軽に訪れることができそうです。

In the near future, a large commercial complex will be built at the train station, about 1.5 km east of our properties. It should be easy to visit on a walk.

In Japan, summer comes after the rainy season.
This year, after a short rainy season, we had a heat wave, but heavy rain has been falling again as if the rainy season had returned. Climate change is gradually occurring in Japan.

Gradually the temperature is rising and the beaches are becoming more lively.

Cherry blossoms have bloomed in our area.

It has nothing to do with our business, but I liked this video of a train window driving leisurely through a rural area of Japan.

Autumn scenery in the city

I happened to see a goat in the farmland along the river.
This goat seems to be raised to eat weeds.

The rainy season has finally started in this area.
Japan is known for its four seasons, but there is a bit of a rainy season in between spring and summer.
This photo shows hydrangeas, a synonym for the rainy season.

Cherry blossoms are blooming in the city.

The days are still cold, but the plum blossoms have started to bloom. Spring is almost here!

We were able to spend without a major trouble in spite of the corona disaster.
We will make every effort to make our customers live safely this year.

I avoided the summer crowds and came to Shonan beach in the fall. It's cloudy, but cool and comfortable.

This year, Miyama-matatabi, a family of kiwi has come to fruition again on our property. Looking at this scenery, we feel the arrival of autumn more and more. It will be harvesting soon.
We are currently looking for someone to grow this plant. (Domestic only)

今年も物件の敷地でミヤママタタビの実が成りました。この景色を見るとますます秋の訪れを感じます。もうすぐ収穫です。

It's already rainy season in Japan.
The rainy season between spring and summer is called 梅雨(Tsuyu) in Japan.
This Chinese character means "plum" and "rain".
梅 : plum, 雨 : rain
Some say the name comes from the rainy season when the plum blossoms are ripe. There are other theories.

The roads in Shonandai area are wide enough to allow you to walk with an umbrella.

We haven't posted in a while, but We're for business regardless of the coronavirus outbreak.

I hope to be able to see the flowers next spring with a more peaceful mind.

It is a season when we can find cherry blossoms in the city.
