I know that I have been busy and haven't posted food reviews for a while but this cake from a home based coffee and dessert shop tickled my taste buds and definitely deserves to be recognized..
𝗛𝗲𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 is a recently opened online coffee and dessert shop by partners, Lennard and Rina. They mostly cater the coffee needs of their co-workers and those living near the area..
Aside from coffee, they offer freshly baked desserts like their Fudgy Brownies which is one of their best sellers..
And here's the highlight of the post - Soft and moist chocolate cake!..
𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It is very pleasing to the eyes. Aside from the floral design, I love the edible pearls and gold flakes that made it look elegant. Not to mention, the frosting was stable enough considering the travel time of one hour before it reached the house..
𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Soft, moist chocolate cake with chocolate filling. The frosting and filling isn't too sweet (hindi nakakaumay, promise). The butter isn't overpowering. You can surely eat more than one slice in one sitting...

If you are adventurous enough to try other cuisine, you have to visit Bombu Chicken kasi maglalaro sa palate mo ang ibat ibang lasa ng spices that surely satisfy your cravings..
💜Indonesian Friend Chicken (Original Flavor) 299 for 3 pcs ala carte - Crunchy on the outside pero super juicy pag kagat and tama sila..flavorful ang chicken and super lambot. It comes with two dipping sauce (Namchim tsaka kecap sambal and Sweet chili tsaka kecap sambal - mas prefer ko si sweet chili) pero kahit naman walang sauce.. kaya ng chicken nila maging stand alone.
💜Holy Basil Stir Fry (219 pesos) - You'll surely love this savory dish and what I liked pa about this ay yung lasa ng butter plus saktong alat and anghang..

𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗼𝗴 𝗟𝘂𝘀𝗼𝗴 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ donuts para sa mga sweet tooth na madalas mag crave kahit gabi na! Super soft ng dough, Masarap ang lahat ng flavors, tamis na hindi nakakaumay. They are open from 2pm to 12 midnight (or until supplies last). Quality Donuts at a very affordable price 💜.
The Hungry Morena Recommendations:
-Sa mga Biscoff lovers - Lasang lasa ang biscoff dito. Hindi tinipid, hindi lang ginawang toppings, promise!
-Choco Chip Tiramisu - Hindi lang sya puro tamis. Sakto pati ang taste ng coffee. Mabibitin ka sa isang piraso lang.
-Boston Cream - Dark Chocolate with Cream na umaapaw kada kagat. Balance ang flavor kasi ang cream hindi super tamis. .

Totoo nga ang balita! Busog Lusog ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ang mga donuts ng .
Soft ang dough.. hindi lang puro tamis.. lasang lasa mo ang other flavor na meron sa donut plus and sarap ng custard!.
Dark Lava (Heaping serving of Dark Chocolate with Milk) - Perfect for those na hindi pala kape and a perfect alternative for milktea. Make sure to stir well before drinking so it won't be too sweet. .
The Hungry Morena Recommendations:
-Lemon Custard - I love the combination of lemon plus the cream inside na hindi tinipid. Great option for someone na hindi masyadong into sweets pero need i clear ang palate from their last meal.
-Coffee Almonds - Not bitter and not too sweet. Enough to satistfy ang mga coffee fanatics.
-Boston Cream - The custard inside is 💜
-All the flavors must try! Promise..

If you love nature and badly need to relax this long weekend..punta na sa Tanay!.
Where we stayed: CAMP AGOS Daraitan
💜Stayed at their TRIO Pod (2500 - weekday and 4500 - weekends)
🔸You'll have your own hanging net and a spacious veranda where you can enjoy your meal while also enjoying the view of the Daraitan river
🔸Probinsya feels to. Kubo rooms pero super cozy. May fan, pillows, kumot and mosquito net. Malamig ang simoy ng hangin dito kahit hapon. Bring din jacket kung mabilis kang lamigin ka kasi need mo to sa gabi.
🔸Shared kitchen (150 for the use of gas stove for the entire stay). Free use of cooking essentials and utensils. Walang ref pero you can use their cooler for free.
🔸Free use of Griller. No corkage fee dito so pwede magdala ng pang ihaw. Meron din mabibilan ng mga pang ihaw near the area. Sa mga staff nalang kayo bumili ng charcoal (30 pesos per bag).
🔸Common toilet and bath for Couple, Trio and Ant and Bee pods. Don't worry kasi malinis toilet and bath kahit shared. Hindi din nawawalan ng water.
🔸Free bonfire kaya don't forget to bring mga pang smores nyo.
🔸Other activities such as River tubing, Kayak, trekking and more at a minimal amount (They will send you the complete guide once confirmed na booking).
🔸Okay naman signal for mobile data pero I don't think kaya sya for work from home setup.
🔸Solar powered po dito kaya charging of small gadgets lang allowed.
🔸Salbabida rental for 100 pesos kung gusto nyo lang na mag chill sa river habang nakatingala sa langit (madami naman parts na hindi malakas agos).
🔸Bagay na bagay ang place na to sa mga nakakaappreciate ng nature. Marerelax kayo sa sound ng agos ng tubig at lahat ng sound ng nature na masarap sa tenga..

💜Affordable food, Ganda ng view and Super Presko. What we ordered:
🔸Naty's Tsokolate Batirol (110 pesos) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ sakto ang bitterness and sweetness combination
🔸Macadamia Latte (100 pesos) ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Usual kape. Their bestseller daw ay Salted Caramel and Hazelnut pero not available na nung nag visit kami.
🔸Creamy Pesto Pasta (208 pesos) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just the right creaminess pero lasang lasa ang pesto which I love.
🔸Meat Lovers Pizza (328 pesos) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is definitely a busog lusog and a must try. Sarap ng cheese. Just enought meat. Hindi ka mauumay. Plus pugon pizza sya kaya masarap din ang crust. .

Can't help but to post this amazing tumbler even if it is now almost 11pm. I am on my third tea refill (890 ml) and the tumbler still has ice! The last time I refilled the ice was Wednesday night (November 24). I highly recommend this tumbler for those who love iced coffee or cold tea! Promise, super worth it na budol 😂.

If you think you have tasted the best Artisan Donut.. You should think twice because the best is here in Baguio!

Glazed Artisan Donuts is unbelievably huge than other donuts in the market and they look unique and delicious!

The donuts are baked fresh everyday with 50% less sugar than the usual donuts- which is true! Their donuts are not too sweet even of they look very sweet from the shelves 😂.

I kept the donuts inside the refrigerator and the bread stayed soft (and not dry). "Glazed" also offer different flavors that will test your judgement. Trust me! Better to get one dozen to taste all the flavors.

I love all the donut flavors that I chose but I highly recommend their Creme Brulee. They've mastered making the crispy top with just the right burnt taste plus you will surely love the cream inside!

Don't forget to bring home boxes of these delicious "Glazed" artisan donuts!! Busog Lusog ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

By the way, they are located at 📍 SM City Baguio (official) (Second Floor) in front of Toy Kingdom. Don't worry, it's hard to miss the pink exterior with huge donuts displays!

Birthdays won't be complete without cakes so here's mine.. "Salted Caramel Cake topped with Dalgona Candies" from Cafe Roseate. This cake doesn't only look sophisticated from the outside.. Wait until you taste it! It has the right amount of sweetness and every layer has cream frosting which I love plus the sweet and bitter aftertaste of the dalgona candies makes it unique!.
Oh, by the way, they also have Macarons! My favorite is their Matcha macaron. I love the extreme matcha taste so if you are like me.. Try this now! Busog ⭐⭐⭐⭐
