ReadyFlo Systems is in search of a highly organized, very knowledgeable and experienced fabrication shop lead.

The Fabrication Shop Supervisor position will manage assigned projects by coordinating shop resources, understanding and implementing the company safety plan, maximizing productivity, ensuring compliance to project schedules, and ensuring that quality work is performed at all times.

Responsibilities:

Manage all activities and projects in the areas of piping fabrication, structural fabrication, and assembly of systems.

Plan and direct project activities, personnel, material, and equipment to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to the customer's plans and specifications

Analyze situations to identify and forecast problems, provide and implement realistic solutions.

Must be able to read & understand P&IDs, instrument identifications, fabrication drawings, flat-line and isometric drawings, bill of material spreadsheets, equipment lists, etc.

Must have extensive knowledge of pipe and structural fitting & welding,(stick,mig,flux core,sub-arc,tig) threaded pipe systems, fabrication and assembly techniques and must be able to learn about any others applicable to the job

Must take responsibility for daily housekeeping of shop and/or field work areas to optimize productivity
Must offer a flexible working schedule to support project needs.

Minimum Experience:

10 years of fabrication shop management

15 years working as a welder for both piping and structural fabrication

5 Years of bolt up and assembly of flanged equipment

Jr. Electrical Designer needed!

Jr electrical designer to assist with electrical projects including control panels, power distribution, electrical racks, skid wiring of instruments among other related projects

- Familiarity with low voltage controls, 24 VDC, 110 VAC, 220 VAC, 480 VAC, single and three phase wiring
- Familiar with NEC and API codes and standards
- Highly familiar with PLC panel construction and power distribution
- AutoCad proficiency for updating drawings and creation
- BOM creation
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors
- Coordinate and assist with ex*****on of projects with shop personnel and senior designers
- Assist with quotes from vendors
- Documentation
- Computer proficiency of AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook, and Word required
- Must be very organized with great attention to detail
- 7-10 years’ experience

Hiring Structural Fitter or Welder for Fabrication Shop

Structural Welder – Must be able to weld with GMAW & FCAW processes.

Boilmaker/Assembly/Bolt Up Fitter

Currently seeking multiple candidates with experience bolting up torquing pipe spools/fabricated pipe. Ability to read and interpret Isometric (ISO) drawings and/or P&ID. Experience using torque wrench, standard wrenches, saws, grinders. Experience in heavy fabrication shop. Pipe fabrication experience, boilermaking, heavy machine building, bolting, torquing, screwpipe, pipe threading, hydrotesting, pressure testing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Positions require working in: climbing, bending, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
2. Good hand eye balance and the ability to distinguish colors are required in order to use the tools that are necessary to perform the required work.
3. Employees must have vision which has good depth perception in order to judge distance and space relationships.
4. The employee must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
5. The ability to work in elevated positions is a must.
6. The employee must be able to work in confined spaces as well as wear the following safety equipment when need be: ear protection, leather gloves, wearing full safety harness, or wearing a face shield.
7. The heavy work demands will require up to 100 pounds of force to be exerted occasionally and up to 50 pounds of force to be exerted frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force to be exerted constantly to move objects.

QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC) MANAGER

Responsible for all activities involving Quality Assurance and Quality Control with applicable regulatory requirements. You will develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems. You will ensure that quality in being maintained in all factors involved in production. You will be accountable for building up the functional excellence to support business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pipe and Structural Fabrication Shop QC Including:
Maintaining records and documentation including but not limited to ASME Section VIII Div. 1
Develop Data Reports
Visual Quality Weld Inspection
Familiar with ASME piping codes
Familiar with API recommended practices
NDE Coordination
Film Interpretation
Familiar with ASME and API Weld Procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of experience required in QA/QC
