Thereafter, get honey (half litre), Halteet powder, senna powder mix these up and recite Ayatul Ruqya on it as well, take two spoonfuls twice daily (morning and evening).

Get Ruqya oil or black seed oil and recite the same Ayatul Ruqya on it, so you will be using that as cream. (maintain this for 21days).

Cut and peel the curculigo and maca root in pieces put them inside the pot, add small potash to it, cook all together with enough coconut water for 30-35 minutes *(Do not let the coconut water when cooking )*

Take it half glass cup the first day of your menstruation before meal, continue taking it until 10 days after your menstruation (take it throughout your menstrual period)

Make sure you meet with your spouse after menstruation for three consecutive days
