CLINT FLICK is a Melbourne based Australian "applecore" band, formed in September 2005 by brothers Scarab {Bass & Lead Vocals} and Mongrel {Guitar & Lead Vocals}. They were later joined by Raz Magoo {Drums} in December 2006, and played their first gig as a three piece in June 2007. The term "applecore" was created by CLINT FLICK to abbreviate the many styles of the band, ie: Punk, Metal, Hardcore,
Alternative. They played their last show with Raz Magoo on Halloween 2009, then went on hiatus for ten months. In February 2010 Face {Guitar & Back-up Vocals} joined the band, followed by Samowar {Drums} in April. They played their first gig as a four piece in July 2010, an infamous show due to a fight breaking out and the closing of the venue. In November 2010 CLINT FLICK began recording the MOO MOO EP, finishing it in April 2011. The following month, they recorded the live DVD: WE'RE NOT IN BAYSWATER ANY MORE, and started work on the CODE OF SILENCE official music video using footage from the EP launch, performed in August 2011. Through November/December they recorded their second full-length album GASHEATER, releasing it along with the DVD in September 2012. CLINT FLICK's live shows have been described as energetic violent comedy, with a touch of sexually explicit romance.
