*Introduction to different designing programmes
*Introduction to digital lab machines versus old school techniques and machines
* Introduction to exocad
-exocad interface and case registration
-scanning techniques
-finish line detection and drawing
-desgining single crown
-chosing correct library
-miroring crowns
-cement gap choice for different crown location
-path of insertion and undercut analysis
-free forming and hand drawing of line angles

DAY- 2

-LIFE daemo for 6 cases single crown
And handsout for tips and tricks for single crown cases

-free forming and hand drawing of line angles

-expert mode for add / remove mesh

-hands on for 6 cases on exocad


Day -3-

Designing for 3 unit bridge
-finish line detection and pontic location .

-maximum intercuspation and occlusion tricks .

-library accommodate clrearence

-path of insertion and undercut analysis

-digital articulation

-measurment tools

DAY -4- lecture from (10AM to 4PM )
* Performing 10 bridge daemo cases with different location intra orally and on cast
*
* occlusion mounting on articulator and digitally
* preservation of vertical dimension on cast and on exocad

* Hands on posterior and anterior bridge

DAY -5-

* Veneer designing
* veneer thickness maximum and minimum
- finish line and wrap around detection
-veneer allingment
- library chosing
-veneer cement gap detection
Expert mode for add/remove mesh

- Endo crown ,inlay,only,overlay

DAY -6-

* performing 2 cases veneers daemo
* introduction to zenith point and emergence profile
* Optimum tooth allginment
* contact and contactless veneer designing
* Smile desgin analysis
* DSD on life cases

DAY -7-

-4 anterior desgining
- upper and lower teeth with cuspation and alligment

* Core designing
- ditching automatic core
-manual core designing
*Full arch core cases
*Cement gap of core cases
*Color of code reflect color of staining and case
*Different between core and cut back
-hands on 2 cases

Day -8-

* Performing 6 core cases including single,bridge,6anteriors , full arch cases daemo
* performing one cutback case
* Thickness and occlusion of core cases
* difference between metal core and zircon core
* Metal core
*Wax core manual and cad cam

DAY -9_

Life daemo on *DSD protocols and 2d allginment
- how to design mock ups
- overlap pre operative 2d photo
- how to creat index on 3d printed mockup
- desgining of 6 anteriors life daemo
- differece between implant impression either conventional or digital
- how to creat crown and bridge on scan body
- how to creat prosthetic on analogue and transfer coping
- how to creat cement retained and screw retained prothesis

DAY 10

DESGING 4 CASES OF 6 anteriors
Hands on 2 cases for each student
Reaching cases to one full arch case
How to take photograph protocol of digital smile desgin

By the end of this course each student will be able to
-dealling with intra oral scanner
-deagining on exocad ( single crown , bridge , veneer, Endo crown , 6 anteriors , digital smile desgin )
-smile analysis and perform mockups and 3d printed cast and index
- digital smile desgin with 2d and face scan protocol
- know all types of milling machines and 3d printers
