I love it when a plan comes together! Thankful to work with such amazing creatives like & on a beautiful black & white modern wedding. This weddings is totally blog worthy & that means dusting off the ole blog & doing a recap of the day through my floral eyes, but for now this will have to do. Because baby & 4 month sleep regression is REAL.

It’s already been a week since M+A tied the knot! I couldn’t have been more honored to have walked through the whole planning process with this special couple. From our initial trip up to Maine last year, in search of the perfect venue — to picking M up from the airport a few months back and having a solo girls trip full of wedding related appointments — to endless calls, emails, texts — chatting about the biggest and smallest of details. A lasting friendship was formed with these two & it’s one of the most rewarding parts of my job. Congratulations again and thank you to the amazing vendor team that helped us make 08.20.21 possible.

It’s finally here! I started working with B+C in 2018 — this is one of the most patient & lovely couples imaginable. We postponed a full year and changed their close-to-home venue just months ago (pictured).. but none of that matters because we are here! The weather is spectacular, everyone’s in great spirits & we had a successful clambake last night to welcome guests 🤍 Looking forward to working with a great vendor team to make this day what the couple’s been waiting for!

Love finds you, when you least expect it 💕 I remember the first time I sat down with C+B, I was so taken by how truly excited they were to be newly engaged. They asked me if I thought it was silly to be planning a wedding at “their age”.. I have never shouted “NO!” so quickly.

Why would it be any different? In fact, some may say it calls for even greater of a celebration! You’ve both experienced life — the ups, the downs — you now know exactly what you want for this next chapter: a best friend & a trustworthy companion. Someone to laugh with, to share the freedom of being retired with — and to feel that “teenage spark” with once more. I was honored to plan & design for such a warm and lovely couple. This one tugged at my heart strings. A beautiful love story 🤍 & a huge thank-you to the most incredible vendor team.
