The GCEE Student Society was able to run their first activity - ACADEMIC WRITING & INTEGRITY WORKSHOP of the fall term on September 13, 2018. Though we did not get a large turnout of students, those present benefited from important information relating to conducting research, referencing styles, and summarizing/paraphrasing, etc. as well as support services available at Carleton U to assist them with various aspects of conducting research work.
Special thanks to Katie Bryant of the Writing Support Services for conducting this event for the GCEE.
Also, thanks to those who participated.
PLEASE RSVP FOR THE ACADEMIC WORKSHOP THIS THURSDAY.
