Thank you to the men and women of PEF for your continued trust in me to be an advocate for New York's professional public servants and for your support of my candidacy for re-election to the New York State Senate.
The $1.25 Million I was able to secure for Riverhead will help the Town build upon the existing Public Water Main and ensure access to safe and clean drinking water! Thank you Congressman Nick LaLota
Riverhead receives $1.25 million in fed funding for public water extensions in Calverton The funding will help the Riverhead Water District bring public water to 73 homes southeast of the former Grumman industrial plant where groundwater contaminated by PFAS, 1,4 dioxane and Freon.
I am pleased to once again announce the endorsement of the New York State United Teachers (NYSUT) for my re-election campaign to the New York State Senate. This year's State Budget was a real battle in fighting off devastating education cuts and ensuring that Long Island received its fair share in education funding....and we did it! State funding for our schools is critical to providing students with a world class education while keeping property taxes in line. I am proud of my efforts to deliver record funding for our schools in the four years since I was first elected to the New York State Senate and I will always fight for Long Island students, teachers, and families.

Today, we honor the brave men and women who have been wounded or killed in action against an enemy of the United States or as a result of an act of any such enemy or opposing armed forces.
On Purple Heart Day, we remember their willingness to put our great country before themselves and their commitment to the freedoms we hold dear. Thankful for these selfless heroes!
While dozens of national Democrats call on President Biden to exit the race, CNN’s John Avlon has remained silent!
For three weeks, Manhattan Elitist John Avlon has dodged questions about whether or not Biden has the mental capacity to continue as President. Avlon won’t acknowledge what so many Suffolk residents have seen with their own eyes: Biden can’t make it up or down steps, through an interview, speech or debate, or a dialogue with world leaders.
At CNN, Avlon played a central role in the years-long cover-up about Biden’s health and now, as a NY1 Congressional candidate, he lacks the leadership and independence to come clean about Biden’s health. 👎👎👎
Words of Wisdom from Congressman Nick LaLota 🇺🇸
Opinion | LaLota: Let’s turn down the temperature When disagreement morphs into hatred and violence, we all lose. The attempt on President Trump’s life is not just an attack on him; it is an assault on the very fabric of our democracy.

My parents got divorced when I was four and I lived in four different towns before I was eight. One apartment where we lived had the nastiest roaches and eating boiled hot dogs or macaroni and cheese, tuna and peas was a treat for my older brother and me.
My parents didn’t have a college education. They worked extra hard and scraped together the money to send me to St. Anthony’s High School in hopes I would get a scholarship to college that they couldn’t afford.
That put me on a path to the Naval Academy, 11 years in a Navy Uniform, an MBA, a Law Degree, and, today, presiding over the floor of the House of Representatives. Only in America, the greatest nation the world has ever known! 🇺🇸💪🇺🇸🫡
Today I honored the Riverhead School Softball Team with certificates and a proclamation for going undefeated this past season. Congratulations girls, and Let’s Go Blue Waves!
Thank you to Suffolk County Republican Women for coming to Riverhead 🇺🇸
Political Perspectives - Long Island Road Warriors Albany could learn from construction unions: focus on results. As an Assemblywoman and union member, I advocate for infrastructure funding and trade education.
