This is how we self-actualize. We keep choosing to expand our comfort zones to be able to hold more and more diversity – true diversity – diversity of people, ideas, perspective, and expression. Your willingness to be open to different world views, and to experience things that you never, ever, in a million years thought you would experience allows your incarnation to be artful and creative and unique. When we are open and we are able to hold other beings and circumstances and experiences in unconditional acceptance, we inspire that same creativity, that same courage, and that same openness in others, by being a living example of artful and authentic lives.

TRAUMA. We know that there are little and big T traumas as well as acute and chronic types of trauma. Either way the scars no matter how big or small can be lasting.
Power of Retreat is mental health program created to address the women and families that have been impacted by trauma due to violent crimes. We are grateful to hold this space of healing and restoration for our community. We look forward to this day with you!

I felt like I was floating in the cosmos last night. Think it was these super soft sheets from Marshall's! I usually go to sleep to something guided by or if I wake up mid-nite and I surely felt like I was floating!
My sleep was deep and I feel really rested today. Popped up, got some yoga in and I'm ready for the day.

BREAK THROUGH. That's my word(s) for 2023. This is just one way I set intentions and create ritual in my day-to-day spiritual practice. I love learning and sharing how to create deeper connection with God, that's why I'm so incredibly excited for this!

Meaning you can transmute that negative s**t into something full of joy, peace, love, whatever it is you desire! Choose to , and as you commit to deeper joy and experience greater ease the recalibrations won't be so necessary. Check and always protect your energy⚡️

Card #2 Now listen. How many times this week have I said EASE? This card shows enormous mountains with peaks and valleys on every journey. But just over there is FREEDOM. Stand tall in the peaks, and use the valleys for inner reflection (and recalibrations 😉). Ease is freedom. Freedom is ease.
