YELLOW theme! The tangy taste of passion fruit and mango, and their distinct sweetness mix well with sugarcane juice.

CRACKING CANE DNA TO MAKE BIOFUEL |
"Having sugar's genetic template will allow us to look at growing sugarcane as a biofuel and a source of 100 per cent recyclable bioplastic, making it a substitute for petroleum in the production of countless items from cosmetics to car parts.
We'll have a greater opportunity to think of more radical innovations to really reinvent sugarcane as a crop that has a much wider range of uses.
We're looking at really using sugarcane as a replacement for things like oil, to produce those chemical feedstocks that we traditionally get from oil, so we provide a renewable alternative.
We think that climate change is real and we need to have a number of options where we can reverse those effects and biofuels is one of them."

This could be hours of arduous cane extraction! While we no longer need to do this (all thanks to our electric cane machine), but this is still a sight to behold. I love how she pulled this aesthetically pleasing production off from harvesting to making cane sugar.
