Tuesday at The Sycamore.

First weekend using my Sourdough starter..first attempt not so great. Lesson learned about active vs not active starter. Second batch is amazing and the sandwich loaf is delicious! Also not pictured some discard recipes that have been a win. Chocolate chip cookies & banana pecan muffins. Good thing I have 2 full time jobs because I need a baking break 😆
