Amit Ofek is one of our business leads. While on RRPL, he handled some of our most important exports such as merch as well as handling our L1 program. Most well-known for inventing three-cornered hats and the Pythagorean theorem. He can be spotted in the wild rollerblading as a banana. Next year Amit will be doing graduate school in ISE at rutgers.

Spiro has been with RPL from the very first day of his freshman year. Being the lead of the Propulsion subteam and the Vice Captain, he has lead all things involving energetics, safety, and overseeing projects. He will be continuing at Rutgers as a MS in Aerospace, while working at L3Harris as a Software Eng. See you soon Space Cowboy :)

The next spotlight shines next upon our project manager Matt. Matt has served as our project manager for two years. He has also served as our recovery lead. Matt has overseen the building of several of our rockets including the one for the spaceport america cup this year. Post-grad, He is working at Marotta Controls. We'll miss you Matt!

Next up on our senior spotlights is our captain Aryanna. Before she was elected as captain, she served as business lead, certifications lead, and aerobody lead. As captain she led our team to several accolades at the spaceport america cup. Post-grad, she is staying on another year as captain and completing a masters degree in aerospace engineering. Glad we get to have you for another year!

We’re starting off the first round of senior spotlights strong with our treasurer Raymond! Before he was elected AIAA treasurer, Raymond was a member of our telemetry subteam. Raymond handles the financial side of our parent club AIAA and after graduating they are working at UPS. Good luck Raymond we’re sad to see you go.

The general interest meeting will be on Tuesday night in the old engineering building, room B120. There, you can learn about the details of joining RPL for the year and our buddies at .
There is NO application to join RPL and no minimum experience required. We train any year, including freshman, and encourage members who are not mechanical or aerospace engineers to join. In fact, you don't even have to be an engineer or in STEM at all.
