OUR STORY:
In 1968, Kenneth Van Fossen came by an old Clark floor scrubber. Little did he know that this action would spawn one of the top rated cleaning companies in the Midwest. He started by cleaning a Pangles Master Market store in Lima, Ohio with the old floor scrubber by himself...for free. The company liked what they saw and decided give him the job of cleaning regularly. After a short ti
me he was offered to do ALL the Pangles stores, and thus Van's Commercial Floor was born. The company was handed down to his son's Kent and Bruce in 2000. Kent ran Van's Commercial Floor and Bruce ran a sister company, Superior Janitorial. After Bruce's untimely passing in 2009, Kent took on Superior Janitorial and combined them into todays Van's Commercial Floor & Cleaning Services. The company now services 100's of stores and commercial accounts spanning from Eastern Indian to Columbus Ohio, and from Northern Kentucky to Southern Michigan. They Specialize in commercial floor cleaning, warehouse/industrial concrete floor cleaning, office cleaning/janitorial, and commercial power washing. And to think, it all started with just one man, one store, and one old floor scrubber....
