Hello PHBA Families. I hope everyone had a great finish to all seasons organizationally.
This year we have a unique opportunity as we have partnered with a growing organization in the Pittsburgh area called “Kidokinetics”. They will be using Miltown Community Parks as their launch site for our area. Please see the attached flyers for more details. Monday is the day! If your child would like to join us, please arrive to St. Barts on Frankstown Rd by 11:00 am. Have them wear their jersey and bring their glove! We look forward to seeing you!

We are excited to share that the Penn Hills Baseball Association will be participating in the Penn Hills Memorial Day parade! We are asking for current players from each league to join us and walk alongside our float.

We will meet at Saint Barts Church by 11:00am with the parade starting at 11:30am.

We travel down Frankstown road from Saint Barts to the new municipal building.

This Saturday, May 7th - mark your calendars!! It is our official opening day!! We have planned a day of photos, fun and baseball!! There will be 3 scrimmage games played on the fields (weather permitting) that day as well. 12U (2:00 Field 2), 8U (2:30 Field 1) and 6U (first available field) will be out there after their photos. Now if only mother nature would cooperate a bit and give us some beautiful weather to play ball...
The photographer has kindly asked that on picture day you bring ether a check or cash (exact change) for your payment. Checks are to be made out to: PHOTO CREATIONS BY JANET BOYLE. If you are able to fill out the form prior to your allotted time it would really help keep everything on schedule.

If by chance it gets rained out (fingers crossed it doesn't) the make up day will be Saturday May 14th, times TBD.

We are excited to announce that OPENING DAY for the 2022 season is scheduled for Saturday, May 7.

Team photos will also be done on this day.

We are currently working on finalizing our teams and schedules. You all should be hearing from your coaches within the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, please reach out with any questions and we will try our best to help!

Pittsburgh Hardball Academy will be hosting FREE youth baseball clinics at the Fralic Center on Sundays starting January 23rd for boys and girls ages 8 years and up. Any students who attend PHSD are invited to participate at no cost. The Penn Hills Varsity Baseball coaches will be assisting with the clinic as well.
