You’re deficient in calcium, right?

White flecks on your nails are commonly labeled as a calcium deficiency and in most cases, this is wrong. These flecks are actually called leukonychia and are nothing to be worried about. Most of the time, these marks appear as a result of trauma to the nail bed. Things such as chewing your nails, tapping them on a desk or accidentally knocking/jamming them in drawers or doors. These marks will disappear as the nail grows out.

Have you bought new skin care, used it a few times and notice it’s making you break out so you decided to give it the flick?

Having breakouts is a normal skin response when using new products, particularly those which are active. Your skin will purge due to an increase in sebum production and dead skin cells which haven’t sloughed off properly.

To ensure you’re purging and not having a reaction, it’s best to use a product for a prolonged period of time( 4-6 weeks). So for the future, don’t give up on it too soon, as it might be worth sticking it out and saving yourself some money on trying other products.

Welcome to my new business page.

Unfortunately, Facebook wouldn't allow me to change the name of the previous business page, apparently my new name is misleading for my customers as it’s not beauty therapy related? 🤔 I tried appealing that decision but to no avail, I ended up just deleting the old page and I am now starting fresh. I'll be running a competition soon to help me get my new page up and running.

I would like to note, I won't actually be available for business again until February as I have university and family commitments during that time. I hope you understand.
