I am a wife, mother to a precious little girl, and work part time at a “real” job, in addition to making custom creations. I opened this custom clothing page last year after a running a successful monogramming shop on Etsy, called AllieLou Baby. My clothing design style is vintage, understated, simple and feminine. I love using antique fabrics and trims to create classic, timeless children’s designs, with delicate details. How to Order
I am a one-woman-shop, and design, sew, ship and process all orders, so I am limited in the number of orders I can accept. I accept custom requests via Private Message, and offer occasional pre-order styles, depending on my availability. I generally have a waiting list for custom designs and my turnaround time once an order is placed is 4-6 weeks. I sew every single day, and try very hard to accommodate as many requests as possible. Currently, as orders are accepted on Facebook, not on an external website. Payment is accepted via PayPal and required within 24 hours of receiving an invoice to secure a spot. Garment Care
AllieLou clothing is well made, but does still require special care. All fabrics are pre-washed to prevent shrinking and bleeding, with the exception of dry-clean only fabrics. AL pieces should be hand washed, or machine washed on delicate cycle, in cold water with mild detergent and laid flat to dry. Returns/Exchanges
Due to the small nature of my shop, I unfortunately cannot accept returns/or exchanges. I generally only make a handful of each design, and so do not have extras to exchange for sizing. I try to offer a size chart for each style, so please measure accordingly. I only ship out high-quality items, and would never send out a defective garment. References
