Tuesday evening around 8pm our Winter season ends and Spring begins ☼ Can you feel the shifting yet? It can be a time of spiritual elevation, as our vibration becomes lighter, we become more attuned to the divine ☼ Here on the Oregon Coast we have had unusual warm sunny weather that is slowly awakening my 'yarden', and my soul ☼ It takes a lot of energy to shift through these seasons. It feels like simultaneously giving birth and letting go ~ that is a tremendous amount of energy! Remember to be extra kind + gentle with yourself and others. Take some time to sit + reflect upon what needs to be 'cleansed' from your heart/mind/body and make preparations on how best to accomplish that. I find that radical honesty with myself is necessary. Most of us fall into default modes and even when we know in our hearts we need some change, we will still defend what we practice and make excuses. Oh humans! Aren't we silly! I laugh at myself often ☼ We truly are stronger than we believe! ☼ I encourage you to identify one small habit that you would like to change and focus on that this coming week. Make it your priority. Make it your job! You are truly worth it, and if you don't do it, who will? ( certainly not the fairies or the leprechauns! ) Start small and when you see for yourself how powerful you truly are, then you may want to make even more powerful changes. I support you! ☼

I did not start out writing a post of encouraging changes, yet there you go. . .I guess I need a bit of cheerleading too ☼
