Vegas vs. the big "C"

This is the story of Vegas the Rottie and her battle with Thyroid cancer On July 28th I took my dog with me to work to have a lump removed from her neck.

When waking from surgery, Vegas seemed to pinch something in her pelvis. We have been dealing with on and off pain/lameness in her left rear leg. 2 days later I got news that would change both of our lives. What we thought was a harmless lump turned out to be Thyroid cancer. I wanted to start this page to help talk about her story and maybe help others who are also going through this with their beloved puppies.
