Remember when your out, never leave a drink unattended have a trusted ride home, such as a friend, family member or licensed ride like Uber or a taxi, and know where the establishments security are in case of harassment of any kind or for other issues that may arise. Every establishment is mandated to call a taxi if asked by a patron and we recommend programming a trusted rides number in your phone. Most importantly know your limits and be aware of your surroundings.

A conversation about security today.....What are security companies and guards missing in todays environment? In the past people encountered a hard nosed, tough acting, unapproachable guard...."the knock around guys", and this is how most think of security guards today. In todays world however, people, clients, guests, club goers and everyone else who comes in contact with a security agent, want a professional guard who is approachable and understands the customer service side of security. The way security interacts with guests and clients is just as important as how that guard handles a situation or troubled individual or groups. The environment is changing everyday, though its just as unpredictable and potentially dangerous, isn't it time that physical security specifically, changes with it? What are your thoughts?
