A major part of the Feminine’s healing process is learning how to rest and receive. Our current society has programmed the Feminine to overwork and overgive; compensating for the Wounded Masculine and therefore perpetuating his emasculation.
You can differentiate the masculine by his need to beat his chest for validation. The loudness in his Ego let’s you know he operates within his shadow. He will deplete and drain you. He will run you dry. He will ask you your social to co-sign for credit. He will fail to protect and provide then blame you for his inability to ascend into manhood as if you are his Mother AND Father.
The Feminine is a powerful creatrix, she doesn’t need to hustle and burn herself out. Her gifts are different than the Masculine’s. She is a spiritual warrior and visionary. She manifests in the spiritual, he builds in the physical. They are both equally important. The divine feminine doesn’t chase. We attract, We receive and we reciprocate.

Self-study is a sacred act. The deeper you go, the clearer you see, awareness is a divine treasure. Loving yourself automatically changes what you attract, tolerate, allow + receive into your life. no one can heal you the way you can heal you, and that's one of your greatest superpowers.
In order to love who you are, you cannot hate the experiences that shaped you.

Calm your mind.
Calm your thoughts.
Create a space for clarity to enter.
Nothings better than candles a bubble bath and meditation. Instead of writing your affirmations, record your voice saying them out loud..then play them back as you fall asleep.
This is a great way to help reprogram our subconscious mind. Things can only serve us or hinder us. There's no safe neutral.

A “Soft life” for me has been about no
longer accepting & carrying the world on my shoulders.
🌹Avoiding anything or man that puts me in a masculine position and denies my rightful position of gentle femininity 🥰
🌹So much of our culture here in the “BAY AREA” asks women to shrink ourselves to keep others comfortable.
🌹Society wants women to take care of men. Encourages struggle love as being better than being single. You must do Whatever it takes to have a man, even if he is a no value man.
🌹Many women lack the knowledge of understanding there is a big difference between “man OF the house” and “ man IN the house”.
🌹A masculine man will naturally want to provide for you, wants you to be able to depend on him to some extent.
🌹Ladies doing everything by yourself is not a flex and it usually stems from the unhealed trauma.
🌹This is why healing is important. Until
you address those wounds, you're
going to become the woman that does
everything by herself because you
believe men aren't dependable.
We definitely have some work to do in the African-American community.
