Are you using Kicksite's uplifted family profile to its fullest? There are many new features to explore, but we suggest you start with the essentials. The first step is sending your Family Management Form to organize any existing families that you previously had in the software. This form allows your families to establish a primary contact and clean up unassigned contact information, making it much smoother for you to navigate their family profiles. Read more details on how to get started below!

Utilizing the Family Management Form is as easy as:
1) Go to your Families list within Kicksite and select Send Family Management Forms to automatically select and then send to families who need to make updates.

2) Those families will receive a notification email/text letting them know that they need to update their family's contact information.

3) Once they access the form, they'll be prompted to set a Primary, and then clean up remaining contact information by assigning it or removing it.
