Blowin' Smoke BBQ is a competition BBQ/SCA team competing in the KCBS world, based out of MD.
In the beginning...
What started a group of friends with a common interest in smoking/grilling evolved into Blowin’ Smoke BBQ in 2016. While new to the competition scene, it did not take long for the team to start taking home awards in their second competition. Cooking on a set of Weber Smokey Mountains, Blowin’ Smoke BBQ has showed that they are only getting started.
