A 24yrs old male patient who was referred from other clinic came with pain & swelling in lower left side of face.

O/E - Dearranged occlusion
Restricted mouth opening
TREATMENT PLAN- Open reduction with
Internal fixation
TREATMENT DONE- ORIF done & suture
Placed.

Immediate IMPLANT Placement w.r.t 14.

Implant placed immediately after tooth
extraction (removal of tooth).

Lingual Frenectomy

Palatal Fistula (opening )
Closure done with Bardach's two flap
Palatoplasty under Local anesthesia.

Management of JAW FRACTURE

Treatment done - ORIF and suture placed.
