On holidays, our children engage in a variety of activities that reflect their interests and curiosity. Some immerse themselves in comics, while others challenge each other in games of chess and checkers. A few line up for a health checkup or a fresh haircut, while others delve into the fascinating world of robotics, learning how to build automatic automobiles. In the kitchen, some lend a helping hand, while others practice new chords on their guitars. And for a few, the simple joy of receiving a lollipop makes their day.

It was a heartwarming moment to hear our beloved alumni come together and sing the school anthem again. Voices strong, hearts full, and memories rushing back – this was more than just a song; it was a celebration of our shared history, bond, and the incredible journey we've all been on.

Lead Today Programme

This programme is designed to help teenagers acquire leadership qualities from leadership expert John C Maxwell.
A few of our teachers were trained by Mr Herbert Samuel, former SU Staff, on the 23rd of August, to deliver the content effectively to the students.

The 43rd annual school sports meet took place on July 27th. Walker House emerged as the champions once again, scoring 307 points. Brand House followed in second place with 281 points, and Ragland House came in third with 240 points. This marks Walker House's second consecutive victory, following their win last year.

Nurturing their ability to understand, express, and manage their emotions not only helps them build strong relationships but also equips them with the resilience to navigate life's challenges.

We are immensely grateful to our alumni Mr. Colin Tilsley and his team, along with our School President, Mr. Prince Josiah Jeyaraj, for their valuable contributions. Their interactive sessions, talks, dialogues, skits, small group discussions, activities, and games have greatly enriched our program."

We give thanks to God for our Alumni, whose contributions have been manifold. Today, the school celebrated the inauguration of new washroom facilities for the boys and an air conditioning system for the computer lab.

Mr. David Edison Ringeltaube Daniels, affectionately known to all of us as 'Teddy,' is a name that perfectly encapsulates his warmth, approachability, and the strong bond he shares with both students and staff.

Edison sir has always been much more than an educator to us. He has been a mentor, a guide, and an ongoing source of inspiration. His dedication to education and his passion for nurturing young minds have left an indelible mark on our hearts and minds. During his tenure at SV, his unwavering commitment to creating an environment where every student felt valued and empowered to reach their full potential was evident in every interaction and activity.

Whether it was on the sports field, in a music or choir session, during language or arts classes, Edison sir spent almost every minute of his day helping us excel and shine in whatever field we were passionate about. His influence extended beyond academic achievement; he cultivated a culture of respect, kindness, and curiosity.

Having Edison sir with us today is a powerful reminder of the values he has consistently championed within our community. His resilience, kindness, and relentless pursuit of knowledge continue to inspire us all. We are deeply grateful for the positive impact he has made in us.

Daniels, former SV Vice Principal and now the Senior Principal at St. John's English School, as our Chief Guest. His inspiring speech emphasized the importance of developing leadership qualities and maintaining a close relationship with God to stand firm in this challenging world.

Congratulations to the School Pupil President Caleb Brainard Raj V of Class XII - B and the Pupil Vice President Samarpan Subhash Nalavade of Class XI - A, who delivered heartfelt acceptance speeches. Despite the drizzle, the Badging Ceremony was impressive, with the School band leading the march and the House Captains of Walker, Ragland, and Brand leading their houses.
