Wake up to a workout. This little circuit can be done at home or any area with the smallest of space. Get this quick HITT circuit on legs and core done:
- High knees - 30 seconds.
- Squat jacks - 15 reps.
- Alternate lunges - 30 reps (15 each).
- Squared commandos - 10 reps.
- Plank - 30 seconds.
- Plank commandos- 30 seconds.
- Mountain climbers - 30 seconds.

This Bootcamp will be from Monday throughout to Friday each day starting at 7:00AM, so get up bright and early.

TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. It's a type of training which focuses on your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility core and joint stability all while preventing injuries.
