Business as usual

Some might want to copy and paste this, I did back in july and just posted again....................... The House Oversight Committee is meeting this week to discuss the future of the v***r industry in America

Some things most people aren't aware of .

480,000 Americans die from smoking each year

1 in 2 smokers will die from smoking

Ex FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb has stated that if every adult smoker switched to va**ng it would be a DRAMATIC win for public health

Since the US V***r market's inception in 2011

Cigarette sales have dropped by over 40%

Teen smoking has dropped down to just 6%

V***r Industry has converted millions of smokers

V***r Industry was built on the backs of over 20,000 small businesses

The V***r industry in Idaho alone brings in, by best estimates, over 50 million dollars in revenue a year from around the world

The V***r industry employs hundreds of people in Idaho

V***r products have been proven at least 95% safer than smoking

The UK just opened their first set of V**e shops inside of hospitals to help smokers be educated in the benefits of switching

This is because of socialized healthcare in the UK.

The government is propelled by public health because it affects their bottom line.

In America smokers are a profit center

State's recieve not only sin taxes but also MSA payments from Big To***co for every pack of ci******es sold

State's , sure no one could quit smoking, took loans against future MSA payments prior to va**ng

With v***r's rise , more people have quit, and now these loans are in danger of default
....because less people smoke

So they are attacking va**ng with regulation and taxes and bans at state levels

Under current FDA requirements 99% of v***r manufacturers will be put out of business inside of 1 year

The V***r industry encompasses nearly 150,000 jobs in america

The FDA classified V***r as to***co products in 2015

This means v***r is required to file PMTA ( Pre Market To***co Authorizations) for every product they make

The PMTA process is estimated to cost between 300,000-1,000,000 per sku

This means every flavor , every ni****ne variety, must be individually Authorized

There is also no guarantee that PMTA's will be approved

So we are asking small businesses most with less than 100 employees, to pay outlandish compliance fees (millions) that were meant to prevent Big To***co from further harming public health with dangerous products . Just so they can continue helping smokers

So the FDA structure that was built to destroy Big To***co for their assaults on public health are now being used to price ALL of their competitors out of business

V***r WAS killing Big To***co

Turns out that wasnt a good idea , State Government's are addicted to cigarette taxes and MSA payments

150,000 jobs

20,000 small businesses

Will be extinguished inside of 1 year in America without congressional intervention.

Imagine you spent nearly a decade building a company. Paying taxes. Creating jobs and PROVABLY IMPROVING PUBLIC HEALTH

just to have the FDA come in and shut your doors for the benefit of big to***co .

THIS IS THE REALITY OF TENS OF THOUSANDS OF AMERICAN CITIZENS RIGHT NOW!

If this isn't an abuse of power by un-elected bureaucrats then nothing is .

I would ask any who believe in free markets to please reach out to their elected representatives and demand the FDA stop it's misguided war on va**ng immediately.

NY and Michigan residents. In 2 weeks, every B&M (700 shops in NY alone) will have to close their doors.
