This morning I had the distinct pleasure of being the keynote speaker for the Gwinnett County Chapter of the Red Hat Society chapter meeting!
(Also known as the Cayenne Red Peppers of Centerville!)

Mrs. Pearl Marshall invited me to not only do a book signing, but share my story of overcoming Covid & how I came to publish I Declare and Decree.🤗

I'm grateful for her influence and impact in my life and truly thank God for the gift that was HER.

Many of my friends don't realize that I was Miss Talented Teen NC in 1990 . Mrs Marshall was the Pageant sponsor for Hal Jackson's Talented Teens and was the coordinator who taught myself and other young girls everything we needed to know about etiquette and being a lady!

I'm truly appreciative of the opportunity to share and look forward to speaking at the other city chapter meetings that I got invited to today!

I had the distinct honor today of signing a copy of my book after church for a very special member and mentor that we all call "Mama Jean" affectionately🥰

She ordered a copy online as a gift for her mother and sent a message for me during church to make sure I I didn't leave without coming to sign her copy! 🩷💛🩷💛🩷💛🩷💛
IT WAS MY PLEASURE! (In my chick-fil-a girl voice) lol!

Had the great pleasure of personally delivering one of my books to my favorite teachers!

Mrs. Cathy Johnston Moore was my 7th grade science teacher and we've been in touch just like family to me ever since!
