When you successfully complete a purchase from our store, we will email a receipt that we have received your order and will usually be dispatched within 48hrs, 72hrs during the Festive Seasons or the Next working day when Bank Holidays, by purchasing our products you accept these terms and conditions. In the event you purchase an item which is no longer available we will n
otify you within 48hours, will offer a suitable substitution and you have the option to accept or decline this substitution. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. Cancelation & Refund Policy:
Home and Far Away (H&FA) reserves the right to refuse/cancel an order. Order cancellations received within 72 Hours of Purchase may be eligible to receive a full refund less £5 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will receive a partial refund. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All items received by Buyer must be returned to the H&FA before refunds are granted. All refund requests must be made by the Buyer. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. These above policies apply to all H&FA items, regardless of purchase portal T&C’s. Return Policy
All items, must be returned in original packaging, with no visible signs of use or damage, items that do not comply will only receive a partial refund of 35% of the items value. Buyers maintain the right the request the return of items that fail the return conditions. Buyer is liable for postage for both returning to us and vice versa.
