I'm so excited to have officially started my health and weight loss journey!! I was part of an online challenge group and was SO excited to start! Tada! NOW.

I have about 65 pounds to go and I am just taking it one day at a time and breaking my big goal into smaller ones. On this page I will be sharing my progress, clean eating tips, ideas and recipes, workout plans, simple tips to improve health, energy, increase muscle mass and reduce weight, and of course, MOTIVATION!
