I'm so excited to have officially started my health and weight loss journey!! I was part of an online challenge group and was SO excited to start! Tada! NOW.
I have about 65 pounds to go and I am just taking it one day at a time and breaking my big goal into smaller ones. On this page I will be sharing my progress, clean eating tips, ideas and recipes, workout plans, simple tips to improve health, energy, increase muscle mass and reduce weight, and of course, MOTIVATION! I ask for your accountability and I hope to provide the same for you :)

ggled my whole life with confidence, my weight, my eating choices, my energy levels, my motivation and endurance/accountability. In April of 2014, for my birthday, I treated myself to the 21 Day Fix that I had seen and read so much about both on Facebook and TV. So excited that I skipped some steps, assumed I knew what to do and got started. By mid-week I was so pumped to be a part of the Beachbody community, I KNEW I wanted to be a coach. I was working two jobs at the time though and wasn't sure when I would "be able" to do it, but I knew I wanted to!! I lost 7 pounds my first week with the help of my 21 Day Fix and Shakeology!! I was so excited and proud of myself that I had a cheat meal...that turned into a cheat day, week, year... Needless to say I gained all my weight back plus some! About five months later I got pregnant with my first child. More weight gained. (She is absolutely worth it though, all the weight gain and stretch marks 100% !!! ) She was born in June via emergency C-Section. There were a couple complications in healing and it took a little over 2 months to heal completely. During healing time I had bounced around the idea of becoming a coach. SO many excuses came up and I told myself I had to wait for the right time. Then it hit me. NOW is the right time! There will always be obstacles. Doubt and fear trying to get in your way of success. I re-ordered the 21 Day Fix Challenge Pack and signed up as a coach in August 2015. With the help and accountability of the Beachbody community and my team, my goals (all goals not JUST health and fitness) are being reached and actively pursued one day at a time! I am very thankful for this group of people and being given the opportunity to help and encourage others as they too pursue their goals!!
