My workouts tend to be more volume than optimal for beginner lifters. I make these routines for the purpose of building aesthetics based on the knowledge I’ve gained over the years in what workout splits and exercises I used to build and shape my own body. Each workout is provided with the intention of being a new routine for you.

I make these routines for the purpose of building aesthetics based on the knowledge I’ve gained over the years in what workout splits and exercises I used to build and shape my own body. Each workout is provided with the intention of being a new routine for you in case you’ve noticed a pleateau in your progress with your current routine. In the end, progressive overload is what will drive hypertrophy (muscle gain), and the best way to actively measure progressive overload “accurately” is to measure the total volume of work done on that muscle group(s) and increase that volume by a small increment at each proceeding recurrence of that muscle group throughout your program. The easiest way to ensure you’re increasing volume is by keeping the exercises of each recurrence of that muscle group a constant (doing the samexercises at each recurrence) in order to eliminate exercise variance as a variable that could affect total volume of work done on that muscle group just by the nature of engaging in different exercises.

I go for 2x a week but training legs go far beyond just building some sizeable quads to match my upper body. It plays a tremendous role that can help boost testosterone, increase muscle and accelerate fat loss. Try these on your next leg workout.

🚨Circuit Burner Exercises 1, 2 & 3
Without a rest period make sure your tempo is slow & controlled also making sure to squeeze the Glutes and Quads at the top of each rep

1️⃣ Goblet Squats (3x15)
2️⃣ Sumo Squats (3x15)
3️⃣ walk Lungs (3x10) each leg.
4️⃣ Steaf deadlift (3×15)

1. Warm-up with barbell - 3x 20
2. Alternative dumbbell curl - 4 x 12 each
3. Alternative dumbbell hummer curl - 4 x 12
4. Barbell curl - 5 x 10
(heavy; slowest eccentric possible; kip or have a friend help with the concentric)

Gyms and wellness centers in the city have been closed for over 110 days due to the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic.
Seventy percent of Delhi’s gyms may shut down for good if they don’t resume business next month
if gyms are not opened in August as well, as many as 87% gym owners will have to wrap up their businesses because of huge losses they incurred during the lockdown.
gyms were shut even before the lockdown was announced on March 23 and they have had no business for last 110 days. “Despite there being no business, owners have had to pay a hefty amount in rent, water and electricity bills, and maintenance charges.
It will result in large-scale unemployment in fitness centers and gyms as owners will not be able to recover the financial losses.
Smaller gyms are likely to be hit the worst due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Gyms can be made safer when social distancing norms are followed strictly & Gym premises, equipments, accessories etc are sanitized thoroughly at regular intervals.
When gyms do finally open, capacity is likely to be reduced by half to maintain the two-meter distancing, while personal trainers will have to offer advice from a distance.
we appeal to the central and the state governments to allow these facilities to restart operations so the industry can survive.
