Im back from my holiday, where i spent lots of time unwinding with my family.
If your feeling stressed and burnt out, try and make time for yourself, visit a "happy place" of yours that is outdoors,whether it's the beach,a particular walk or wherever you feel happy and relaxed.
Go there and just breathe.
If you like, take off your shoes,feel the ground beneath your feet.
You'll be amazed at how effective this is 🍁🍂🍃🐝🐞

Bio-energy is a non-invasive complimentary therapy based on the flow of life energies that flow through the body. There are two sources of energy, earth energy and cosmic energy, these energies should flow in unison with each other .
There are seven main energy points in the body , these are known as Chakras. Each Chakra has a purpose within the body to maintain optimal health, if the chakras become blocked through emotional issues such as anxiety, anger, stress, trauma etc they can manifest as physical and/or emotional problems in our lives. It may be that you may feel you are not reaching your full potential or maybe you are just struggling from day to day in life.
Bio energy works to unblock the chakras leaving the body and mind clear, allowing you to manage your daily life more effectively.
A Bio-energy therapy session typically lasts 45 minutes , some of which you will be standing and some sitting- (This can be flexible to fit round all clients mobility levels) the therapist will work a short distance from the body, clearing each chakra at the front and back, they may place their hands on your head, neck, shoulders and knees during the session. During the session you remain fully clothed except for taking off any jewellery and shoes.
