Queen Robert is the stage persona of filmmaker and character actor Rob Christie.
Rob Christie moved to New York City at the age of 18 to attend Manhattan's School of Visual Arts where he earned a BFA in Film Directing. Dissolving into the city's art and nightlife communities, Queen Robert was "born" as a creative outlet and alternative approach to a career in the performing arts. My time living in NYC is up! The last decade has been one hell of a ride. I’ve done some pretty cool s**t. I’ve met some pretty cool people. Alas, it’s time for a new chapter. NYC will always be home, but now I’m off to the pine-sol scented air; somewhere that’s green. Thank you NYC for continuously breaking me down, and building me up. If I can make it here I can make it anywhere, right? I hope so.
